PESTO BUTTER POPCORN

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons coconut oil ⅓ cup popcorn kernels  4 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons Ashebre Blackening Spice  1 tablespoon Mild Basil Pesto Instructions: In a medium pot, over medium heat add coconut oil and popcorn kernels to the pot. Ensure corn kernels are distributed evenly in the pot. Cover and allow to pop. Shake every three minutes until kernels stop popping In a separate saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in pesto.  Toss popcorn with Ashebre Blackening Spice and melted pesto butter
