Ingredients: 1 large multigrain tortilla 3 oz egg white 1 teaspoon pesto ⅛ cup sundried tomatoes ⅛ cup feta cheese ¼ cup arugula  Instructions: Scramble egg white in a frying pan Spread pesto lightly on the entire tortilla Combine scrambled eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and arugula on the multigrain tortilla.  Tightly fold or wrap the tortilla  Toast on both sides and enjoy!
