Ingredients:
- 1 large multigrain tortilla
- 3 oz egg white
- 1 teaspoon pesto
- ⅛ cup sundried tomatoes
- ⅛ cup feta cheese
- ¼ cup arugula
Instructions:
- Scramble egg white in a frying pan
- Spread pesto lightly on the entire tortilla
- Combine scrambled eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and arugula on the multigrain tortilla.
- Tightly fold or wrap the tortilla
- Toast on both sides and enjoy!
