Ingredients:
- 1 pound wings
- 2 tablespoons Blackening spice
- ½ cup flour
- Oil for frying
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons blackening spice
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Escallion curls
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, season wings with 2 teaspoons blackening spice.
- Add remaining blackening spice to flour.
- Thoroughly coat chicken wings in flour.
- Add oil to a pot over medium heat. Allow the oil to become hot.
- Fry wings for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Drain and Put aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add honey, lemon juice, sesame oil, blackening spice.
- Simmer until the mixture forms a glaze
- Toss wings in the glaze. Top with sesame seed and scallion curls.
- Serve
