ROASTED VEGETABLE PESTO FLATBREAD PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack flatbread
  • 6 tablespoons pesto 
  • 1 cup cheese, Mozzarella Parmigiano blend
  • ½ large bell pepper
  • ½ red onion, cut in rings 
  • ½ cup of mushrooms, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Apply an even layer of pesto on flatbread
  3. Top with bell peppers, mushroom, and onion. 
  4. Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes. 
  5. Slice and Serve
