Ingredients:
- 1 pack flatbread
- 6 tablespoons pesto
- 1 cup cheese, Mozzarella Parmigiano blend
- ½ large bell pepper
- ½ red onion, cut in rings
- ½ cup of mushrooms, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Apply an even layer of pesto on flatbread
- Top with bell peppers, mushroom, and onion.
- Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
- Slice and Serve
